Jan 31, 20121. Analysis is so often ignored in the instructional deign process because it takes time and a lot of thought. We are really busy and it is the difference between store bought cookies and homemade. A little time brings better results.
2. First you should determine that there is a need and whether training is the right response. Answering the 7 crucial questions help in this determination. 3. Verifying what you discovered would be very important. All information shown to the client would need to be presented very carefully so that it was true and nonoffensive. More data gathering would be very important. 4. Race, jobs, religion, where they spend their free time, medical faculties, location, etc with surveys and focus groups. There isn't such a things as too much information when coming to gaining a clear picture. |
Feb 7, 20121. Designer --You step up and be come the leader. Your job is to coordinate all parts of the project and need to know what is happening with every part of the plan. You do a lot of writing, working with people, and making sure the quality is high. You try out your product and rework it if needed to have a great outcome.
2. "A seasoned designer facilitates decisions and designs within the boundaries of the data and choices." They are the most important person that all information goes through. Chapter 3
